Variations on a Journey is a series of Leporello books that take up various themes from the artists Ilka Pappenscheller and Ferdinand Uth's trips to Italy and France. Thanks to the wide range of topics, formats and colors, very different sides of the journey can be shown. With her unique perspective and through an elaborate selection, Ilka tells a different story with the photos in each book, while Ferdinand's words connect them like a common thread.
