Web and Graphic Design Internship

This internship will provide hands-on experience working with our gallery team, contributing to the development and enhancement of our online and physical presence. You will gain valuable skills in web design, graphic design, and digital marketing, all within the inspiring environment of a contemporary art gallery. Gallery Assistant Internship

Our gallery showcases a diverse collection of paintings, sculptures, and digital art, emphasizing sustainability and community engagement. We aim to create a platform for artists who use their talents to promote positive change in the world. Internship Description: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Gallery Assistant Editor for a three-month unpaid internship. This position is ideal for university students majoring in the arts who are looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic gallery environment. Responsibilities: - Assist with the curation and installation of exhibitions, including setting up and taking down artworks. - Support the editing and preparation of exhibition materials, such as artist statements, biographies, and press releases. - Help manage the gallery's social media accounts by creating engaging content and promoting events. - Assist with the organization of gallery events, such as vernissages, workshops, and artist talks. - Maintain and update the gallery's digital archives and inventory systems. - Provide administrative support, including responding to inquiries and assisting visitors during gallery hours. This internship offers a unique opportunity to craft engaging content for our web pages and social platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, and Patreon. You'll work closely with our marketing and design teams to bring our artists and products into the spotlight, enhancing our online community and driving our brand forward. With a knack for scheduling posts for optimal engagement and a talent for creating compelling narratives, you're ready to grow our audience and contribute to our online sales through informative and appealing content.
