a. Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping option delivers your order within 1 month [30 days] to most destinations within the EU, The UK, USA, and Canada.

b. Express Shipping: If you need your order expedited, we offer express shipping with delivery within 2 Business Weeks [14 working days]. Please note that additional fees may apply for this service.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. You will see the shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase. Any applicable taxes or duties are the responsibility of the recipient.

3. Order Processing Time

We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 1 Business Week [7 working days] from the date of purchase. Please note that during peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

a. Delivery Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delivery delays or misdirected shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

b. Receiving Your Order: It is important to inspect your package upon delivery. If you notice any damage to the packaging, please document it with the carrier and contact us immediately.
