a. Damaged or Defective Items: We will only provide refunds for items that arrive in a damaged or defective condition. You must notify us of such issues within 1 week [7 days] of receiving the item.

2. Refund Process

a. Notification: To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at galerie@saralilyperez.com and provide your order number and clear evidence of the damage or defect.

b. Approval: Our customer support team will review your request and notify you of its approval or denial. If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the damaged or defective item.

c. Return Shipping: You are responsible for returning the item to us using a trackable shipping method. Once we receive and confirm the damage or defect, we will process your refund under our own discretion,

a. Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for changes of mind or for any reason other than damage or defect.

b. Custom Artwork: Items that are custom-made or personalized to your specifications are not eligible for a refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.
